Tim Liddy, BC-HIS, is a highly experienced Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 27 years of dedicated service in the audiology field. His passion for improving the quality of life for individuals with hearing loss has driven his commitment to providing personalized care and innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Jessica brings over 10 years of medical office experience—and a whole lot of energy—to Thrive Hearing Center. As our Office Manager, she keeps the front office running smoothly, supports our patients with warmth and care, and manages the team with a smile. She’s a pro at working with insurance carriers and making sure every day at the office is organized, upbeat, and yes—even fun.

Tori is our dedicated Patient Care Coordinator in our downtown Greer Office, she brings kindness, patience, and a smile to every patient interaction. Known for her hard work and compassionate heart, she goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable, cared for, and truly heard. Her positive attitude and warm personality make her not only a favorite among patients, but also an incredibly valued member of our team.

Tracy is our Patient Care Coordinator at our newest Greenville location. She truly has a heart for helping others. She is incredibly dedicated to her work and always goes the extra mile to make sure patients feel welcomed, cared for, and supported. Her kind nature and compassionate personality make her such a valued part of our team.

Gabby is also from Texas. She has a passion for people, community, and has the most creative ideas. As a Marketing Director, she loves building connections, bringing fresh ideas to life, and finding fun ways to engage with the community she cares so much about. When she’s not working, you can usually find her spending time with her husband, loving on her dogs, adding yet another plant to her collection, or out supporting local events around town.
